This is a very interesting and challenging property to stage. The sellers already had very nice stuff, I added artwork, accessories, some small pieces of furniture to bring more style and stage the home. The most challenging part was dealing with the AT&T ball park traffic, looking for parking every 2 hours and mainly unloading and loading. Me and my assistant actually spent less time staging than moving our cars + loading & unloading! Pretty crazy huh?!

But the sellers were very happy and I just got off the phone with the agent, who was THRILLED of how everything turned out, including the virtual tour service that I now include with every single staging project. Happiness all around!
