I would like to clarify since I got quite a few entries that actually have nothing to do with home staging: *Just because you submit an article doesn’t mean it will necessary be included. It MUST BE RELEVANT TO THE SUBJECT. Also if you missed the deadline this time, no worries, catch the 3rd edition on 10/22/2007. The deadline for that submission is 5pm, Pacific Standard Time, Sunday 10/21/2007.

You can submit:
*via blog carnival
*via email to corehs@staged4more.com
* Please include:

  1. Article URL (permalink)
  2. Article title
  3. Author name
  4. E-mail address
  5. Blog URL
  6. Brief summary of the post

Now without further ado, here is the 2nd Edition of Carnival of Real Estate Home Staging:

On What Staging Can Do for You:
Julea Joseph - Reinventing Space presents Hit a Home Run with Staging - Your Guide to Dramatic Results for Increased Revenue

2 Hounds Design + Home Staging presents If You Ignore What Buyers Want You’ll Be The Only One To Lose Out

Rooms That Work remind you when you were a buyer back in the day: Do You Remember Being Home Buyer?

Staging in a Foreign Country: artThailand presents Owning a Condo in Thailand. Note the post itself actually has nothing to do with staging, but it does include quite a few photos of a open house in Thailand. It’s interesting what works in another country that may not necessary work for the U.S. market.

For Newbie Stagers:
2 Hounds Design + Home Staging presents No Portfolio? Building your professional portfolio one room at a time.

On Staging Continue Ed for Stagers: Kimberly Wester at Details Staging & Redesigns Presents Should Stagers Use Smaller Furniture to Make a Room Appear Larger? You Betcha!

On Staging Continue Ed for real estate agents: Cindy Lin (Me!) present Final Conclusion on Seller Objections on Staging

THANKS AGAIN FOR PARTICIPATING!!! Submit your blog for the next carnival here.

ps. I also want to encourage everyone to participate in the Carnival of Real Estate. You can catch the latest edition (#62) here. I was the winner in its Humor section :)
