Hello and Welcome, 3 Ocean Readers!
I am very honored to be able to contribute to the community of 3 Ocean. If this is the first time you are here on Staged4more’s blog, please feel free to browse around and also check out our services if you are in need of staging services. Also look at our before and after photos if you are wondering about what are the differences between staged homes vs. non staged homes.
A little about me and my company Staged4more

When I founded Staged4more in early 2006, I designed the company to provide flexible, affordable and reliable staging solutions to San Francisco bay area home sellers & real estate agents. That means I customize each staging solutions according to individual listings and work with individual’s budget constraints, if there is one. I also aim to provide a honest and trust based business philosophy where I maintain an Open Door policy to my clients and my staff.
I am a strong believer of staging. Coming from a Buyer’s Agent and Property Management background, the difference between staged homes vs. non-staged homes can be night and day. Staged4More is also strong in online marketing, as you can tell by the google ranking of my company Staged4more’s website. (You can test it by googling “home stager Burlingame” and etc.) I understand where buyers are coming from and how they will perceive listings in person and online, which according to NAR, 85% of buyers start looking at online listings before setting foot into an actual open house.
In 2007, 62% of Staged4more’s staged & sold listings obtained a selling price that was OVER the seller’s original listing price with an average of 3.34% increase in selling price, with an average Return On Staging Investment (ROI of Staging or ROSI) of 1129.24%. In a $800,000 listing, for example, that’s an average of $26,720 increase over the original listing price.
Other than my BA from University of California at Berkeley, I am an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM), and trained personally by creator of the home staging & CEO of StagedHomes.com, Barb Schwarz. I am also an Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS). I currently serve as the chapter president for the San Francisco chapter of Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), and served 2 years as chapter president for the San Francisco chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).
Staged4more has appeared in various online and print publications such as the San Francisco Chronicle, San Mateo County Times, Curbly, Inman Blog, and the book: How to Build A Successful Home Staging Business. Staged4more is also a BBB certified business.
I am VERY excited to be part of the 3 Ocean community. If you have any feedback or questions in regards to staging, please feel free to contact me directly at cindy (at) staged4more.com.
Cheers,
Cindy
