At Staged4more, we pride ourselves to be as flexible for our clients as possible. We offer a wide range of services, largely because of our 5800+ square feet warehouse to allow us to offer flexible pricing and staging packages for our clients.

Vacant Home Staging

Vacant home staging is our bread and butter, it is what built our company. Our 5,800+ square feet warehouse houses everything one would ever need to stage a property: home accessories, artwork, faux plants (although we frequently use real ones too!), sofa, love seat, accent chairs, side tables, coffee tables, rugs, bedspreads and so on! After 5 years in business, we had refined our styling and selection of pieces when we approach new staging projects. We believe that less is more and our style leans toward transitional and contemporary settings. We believe in SHOWCASING your space, not the stuff in your space. After all, we are in the business selling your space!

Since we own our own furnishing and can do many things in house, that gives us and our clients options and flexibility, unlike many of our competitors who rent from big box rental companies. For vacant home staging, we can offer 1-month, 2-month, 3-month options and even longer terms for your needs. We can also stage only selective rooms on the property, if you are on a tighter budget.

We offer free estimates for prospective clients who need vacant home staging.

Redesigns

Many makeovers are often done in less than one day and can include one room or the entire house. We will visit your home for a complementary assessment, determine design direction with your input, and gather information from which to create your total redesign. We develop an in-depth, redesign plan based on your preferences, lifestyle, priorities, and budget.

Hourly Consultation

A lot of times sellers get stress out by what they need to get done before going on the market, but they want to do everything themselves. We completely understand and we have a solution for that! Our experienced stager will walk through the property with you going from outside in, and walking through every room in the home with you, telling you what exactly needs to get done and how you can get them done. And if you are missing pieces like artwork or home accessories? Having our own inventory rocks because that means we can offer much more flexible terms than stagers who use furniture rental companies. You can even come in and pick out a piece that you want. You can rent as many or as little pieces. Many home sellers and agents find that this is a great economic alternative than having someone stage your property completely.
Price starts at $150/hour per walk through where Cindy goes through the entire property with you, answering ALL your questions. *We offer special rates for real estate brokers.

Virtual Staging

We offer two types of virtual staging:

1) In additions to physical staging on site, we can also stage your photograph! Pricing starts at $75 per photo. **Please note that virtual staging photographs are NOT to scale. They serve as suggestions to potential buyers, but it does not replace actual staging on site.

2) Not located in San Francisco bay area, no worries, today’s technology allow us to connect with you virtually. Just send us your digital photos, we can get on the phone and go over your property with you! We can video conference as well!

All and all, we are here for you to make your life easier. We know selling a home is stressful, and we are here to reduce your stress. We get you to SOLD so you can move on to bigger, better things.

During the process of resale, we do try to be environmentally responsible. In our day-to-day operations, most of our shelvings and racks were built with reclaimed materials. We reuse everything as much as we can and we carefully process our waste. We also offer eco-friendly St Joseph Statues (EcoJoe) if you want a little extra insurance.

Simple Mirror Updates

Have a bare mirror that needs updates? No worries, we can do it for you! We custom cut the frames to fit your mirror measurements. The four frame legs assemble easily and the finished frame tapes right onto the glass. Our high quality frames come in over 45 styles to fit any décor.

Makeover for Doctor’s Office Reception (BETA)

Any doctor needs a welcoming reception area to calm and ease their patients before they start their appointment. The Staged4more team will work with your speciality’s needs on configuring a suitable solution for you that will be great for your front of the house staff, as well as your patients.
