Cindy Lin, Founder + General Manager

Cindy Lin has been working in real estate since 2005 when she became a real estate agent to help manage a family friend’s rental property in Hillsborough, CA. In 2006, Cindy founded Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns to offer value-added services to her seller clients, but she had such a great time at it, she quickly and fully transitioned into staging full time. A natural at staging, Cindy is passionate about making her clients look good and helping people sell their homes quickly so her clients can get to the next chapter of their lives quicker, less stressed and with more equity in hand.
In addition to her staging work, Cindy helps small business owners and real estate professionals on how to leverage social media for business, her most notable client includes Michael E Gerber, author of New York Times Bestseller the E-Myth. She also teaches the Live Green Live Smart real estate designation to agents who want to learn how to help their clients adopt sustainable practices during the resale process.
In 2008, Cindy won the Make Mine A $Million Business Award in the micro category and Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur Award. This recognition helped Cindy take her business to a new level and enabled her to pursue her idea for EcoJoe™.
The same year, Cindy was also named a finalist for the Real Estate Staging Association’s Stager of the Year Award and the Innovative Stager of the Year Award. Cindy’s work has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, CBS 5, the San Mateo County Times, Inman blog, HGTV, the book How to Build a Successful Staging Business by Barb Schwarz, and in many other media outlets.
In 2009, Cindy founded EcoJoe, the Original Eco-Friendly St Joseph Statue Home Selling Kit, an eco-friendly real estate promotional product. The company won 2009 CSP’s Green Business of the Year and Cindy was a finalist for Real Estate Staging Association’s Innovative Stager of the Year and Product of the Year awards.
Yi Hsuen, Ops Manager
What good would a warehouse be if we can’t find anything?! Luckily Yi Hsuen has kept us in good shape. She became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2006 and worked for Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns as a Junior Associate when she was not building architectural models or doing 3Ddrawing on her computer. In 2009, Yi Hsuen joined our team and now serves as the Operations Manager for both EcoJoe™ and Staged4more. She has a degree in Visual Communication from University of California at Davis, and is a member of ASID.
Brittany Howatt, Warehouse Assistant
As assistant to our Operations Manager, Brittany helps to organize and maintain our inventory of furniture and home accessories in our 5,500 square foot warehouse. She also lends a hand with pulling pieces for use on job sites and loves to participate in staging homes. Brittany has a Bachelor’s of Fine Art from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a background in color theory and design.
