Cindy Lin, Founder + General Manager
Cindy Lin has been a property stylist since 2006, when she founded Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns. A veteran in reshaping raw spaces into stylish show properties that fit into buyers’ potential lifestyles and target markets, Cindy is passionate about making her clients look good and helping them sell their homes quickly. This passion enables her clients move to the next chapter of their lives with less stress and more equity in hand.
During her 6-plus-year as a property stylist, Cindy has received several notable accolades, including Make Mine A $Million Business Award in Micro Category, Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur Award, and was a finalist for Real Estate Staging Association’s Stager of the Year and Innovative Stager of the Year Award.
Additionally, Cindy has appeared in San Francisco Chronicle, CBS 5 News, San Mateo County Times, HGTV, the New York Times and many other media outlets.
Outside of staging, Cindy has worked in product development and social media. In 2009, Cindy’s passion for green real estate prompted her to create a second company: EcoJoe, an eco-friendly real estate promotional product. The product won Certified Staging Professionals’ The Green Business of the Year Award in 2009, and have been featured in many notable publications online and offline, including Apartment Therapy.
Cindy also had helped small business owners and real estate professionals on how to leverage social media for business. Her most notable client includes Michael E Gerber, author of the New York Times Bestseller, the E-Myth.
Yi Hsuen, Ops Manager
What good would a warehouse be if we can’t find anything?! Luckily Yi Hsuen has kept us in good shape. She became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2006 and worked for Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns as a Junior Associate when she was not building architectural models or doing 3Ddrawing on her computer. In 2009, Yi Hsuen joined our team and now serves as the Operations Manager for both EcoJoe™ and Staged4more. She has a degree in Visual Communication from University of California at Davis, and is a member of ASID.
