Hey there!
Founder of Staged4more.
Ticha Kaewnoi is a 26-year old interior designer and home stager based in Bangkok, Thailand who works with private clients and real estate developers. Her style is bold and beautiful and it’s no surprise she was a winner in last year’s International Home Staging Awards for a high-end condo she completed. While the real estate market is heating up in Bangkok, home staging is not very popular or common in Asia yet, so Ticha’s work is centrally specialized in staging for show homes and model home units. She works more with developers than she does home owners.
It’s fascinating to talk about different home staging business models with Ticha and explore how staging is approached in different parts of the world. At the end, Ticha also shares how she creates custom artwork for her interior design and staging projects at an affordable price point. You’re not going to believe how easy and genius this idea is. I’m going to steal it for myself!
