Becoming a regular contributor

If you would like to commit to become a regular contributor, please submit at least one article per quarter, following the guidelines listed below.

It’s really important for us to provide relevant, original and practical content for our readers, who are home stagers looking to build and strengthen their home staging businesses.

The topics need to reflect what our readers are interested in, with clear takeaways that people can apply into their staging businesses immediately.

Here are some great potential topics:

• Your experience working in the home staging industry

• A day in the life for home stager

• Building your home staging business as a home stager

• Home staging business building advice

• How-to’s, hacks for home stagers

• A review of a tool that a home stager can use in their staging businesses

REQUIREMENTS

• We want writers who can communicate and teach ideas clearly with a strong point of view.

• Please proofread your article before your submission.

• ALL images used must be either stock photos, original content, or images that the original creators have given permissions for sharing on our blog. *When you submit the images, please include the link of the images or the image files. Your images need to be cleared for any copyright issues.

• Each post must have clear takeaways for the readers

• The content must be unique, original, written specifically for our blog. (Google does punish websites for duplicate content, so please only send in original content and do not re-publish them elsewhere).

• Each blog posts can include 1-3 links that are related to the content.

• Staged4more retains the copyright of every post published on our sites. If approved, you cannot re-publish your work elsewhere.

• The content needs to be original. As in, never before published anywhere else. Once the article is published on Staged4more.com, you cannot publish it elsewhere.

• Your content & images cannot violate any copyright laws.

• A 1-2 line contributor’s bio is not required, but it is encouraged. We can also include a link back to your business and website if you’d like.

• Please note that we reserve the rights to edit your submission when necessary. We may edit, add or remove links, texts, photos, etc. as we see fit. Excessive links or links that appear to be affiliated or spam related will be removed at the discretion of Staged4more.

• We do not pay for submissions. If you decided to submit a post to our site, you do so with the knowledge that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any other compensation related to the post.

• Staged4more reserves the right to refuse publication of remove a guest post without prior notice to the original writer.

• By submitting a post to Staged4more, you agree that you are in no way becoming a part of the website or company, nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the Staged4more website or company.

• If a submission is inappropriate or needs improvements, a Staged4more representative will let you know and offer suggestions so that it may be published at a later time. Staged4more will review your submissions in a timely manner. Staged4more reserves the right to refuse publication of any guest post.
