During Stage 3, you will accelerate your staging business to its first $10K by completing a $10k Challenge. At the end of completing the Challenge, you will gain confidence and understanding of how the staging business works, in addition to your Certification!
Our Accelerate stage focuses on putting your marketing strategies to the test to make your first $10K and successfully execute staging projects.

Cindy Lin, the founder of Staged4more, is a visionary entrepreneur and renowned home staging expert. With a passion for creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit ingrained from a young age, Cindy has achieved remarkable success in the industry.
At the age of 25, Cindy established Staged4more in her parents’ garage, which grew into an award-winning home staging company operating out of a spacious 5,800 square feet warehouse.
Recognizing the growing demand for professional training and education in the field, Cindy transitioned Staged4more into an international school for home stagers, offering online courses since 2016. She has taught staging internationally since then, including in-person short courses at the University of the Arts London (UAL), which is ranked 2nd in the world for Art and Design and Europe’s largest specialist art and design university.
Cindy’s expertise extends beyond teaching. She has an impressive background in various creative endeavors. Cindy has experience in working with commercial event styling and visual merchandising, with clients like San Francisco Union Square Ice Rink, Ralph Lauren, and Anthropologie. She also has worked on photoshoots providing prop and wardrobe assistance for companies like O Magazine, Target, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Gap, Google, and Apple. PROGRAM TIMELINE
For the Level 1 Certification Program, the timeline is 6 months.
We recommend finishing your coursework in the first two months (You will have access to our 5-Figure Floor Plan Home Staging Business Foundation course and Cash in the Cushions Interior Styling course). Then you can use the next four months to focus on completing your $10k Challenge.
Tuition for the Level 1 Certification Program is $2,500.
For the Level 2 Certification Program, the timeline is 4 months.
We recommend finishing your coursework in the first two months (You will have access to our 6-Figure Floor Plan Home Staging Business Growth course). Then you can use the next two months to focus on completing your home staging business plan and 360 Degrees Business Review.
Tuition for the Level 2 Certification Program is $3,000.

We feel that it’s an outdated business model for the real estate industry and a total money grab. It is not something we want in our business model.

Actually, you can start your home staging in the next hour! Simply go to the city hall and hand in your business license. Viola! You’ve got a home staging business.
But is starting the home staging business as fast as possible the *real objective* here?
We believe the focus should be on getting quality home staging education that will be worth your while so that you can build a thriving and vibrant home staging business.
We also can speak from personal experiences that the 3-day certification model is simply scratching the surface when it comes to launching a new business. In addition to course material, you also will want support and guidance as you start working and getting staging clients. This is why we build our Level 1 Certification program with a $10k Challenge so that you can be supported while you start venturing out and getting paid staging clients.
You can certainly binge the courses quickly if you want. The coursework is self-paced.
The main objective for us is to make sure you are building important foundational blocks of your home staging business with support, mentorship, and guidance. This is why we structure the program to be multi-month.

You can access everything for the duration of your Professional Home Staging Certification Program.
If you are enrolled in Level 1 Certification, that would be six months. If you are enrolled in Level 2 Certification, that would be four months.
During your program, you also get 50% off on participating courses, workshops, and products we offer.

Our Professional Home Staging Certification Program enrolls on a rolling basis. You can enroll at any time as long as there is space.
We will only take on 10 students at a time. Once we have reached 10 students, the enrollment is closed until someone graduates.
With your coursework, it is released as you move forward with your Program. We want to make sure that you will have time to digest, process, and apply all the course content.
This is why the program progresses in stages with milestone checkpoints at the end of each stage.

Most of the program will work, since business and design theories stay the same no matter what country you are in. Red is still red whether you live in the US, Japan, or France.
In certain areas of the program, like the legal aspects of operating a home staging business, written by Allie whose law practice is US-based, the content will be US-centric.
However, your home country will have similar structures. You may not be able to apply what you’ve learned 100%, but the rough framework should be very similar.
The language could be a bit different by geographic area. For example, in the US, we say “home sellers.” In the UK, sellers are called “vendors.” In the US, we’ve got Sole Proprietorship as a business entity, in the UK, it’s called Sole Trader.
You should be able to find similar information by working with professionals who specialize in your geographic area (which we recommend to do in the course even if you are US based!).

If you are doing the Level 1 Certification Program: six months from the day of your enrollment.
If you are accepted into the Level 2 Certification Program: four months from the day of your enrollment.

We want to make sure that we can take care of everyone within the program comfortably, so we are capping the program for a maximum of 10 students.
Once the spots are filled, we will close the program until we are able to take on more students.

The coursework included in the Program is on-demand, self-paced. The group coaching calls and the 1:1 calls are live.

This is not a passive training where you sit in the room for a few days and then you get a certificate right after.
This is for SERIOUS AND COMMITTED home stagers only.
We will definitely fail people if they are not doing the work. Our team is here 100% to help you move through the program on time, but we can’t make it happen without your participation.

We get it. It happens. You thought you wanted to be a home stager but you realized this may not be the right fit for you.
Here is the refund policy of our Certificate Program:

Within the first 15 days of the start of the Program, if you feel that this is not a great fit for you, you will receive 100% refund minus a $250 processing fee.

If you decide to drop out from the Program less than halfway through of your enrollment, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $250 processing fee. For Level 1 Certification, this would be within 90 days. For Level 2 Certification, this would be within 60 days.

After halfway point of program has passed , there will be no refund. For Level 1 Certification, this would be after 90 days. For Level 2 Certification, this would be after 60 days.
Please note that it is up to the individual student to take advantage of their course work. We provide course access and support regardless if the students utilize the resources provided or not. Thus, we cannot refund any unused portion since it is up to the students to take advantage of their course materials.

The reason for this requirement is that we need data to help students to pull their existing systems apart and rebuild them, so we can assist the students in setting a strong foundation to grow and expand their home staging businesses, while minimizing growing pains and challenges.

Yes, you certainly can if that’s your preference! But if you would like a systematic way to learn and get support when you need it, consider enrolling in the Professional Home Staging Certification Program to get feedback on your work and the challenges you encounter in building your staging business.
The benefits of enrolling in the Certification Program vs. doing courses on your own would be:
You have a time frame of 6 months to finish both courses plus earn the first $10k of your staging business with support and feedback. You will also be able to ask questions at any time during your program when you encounter challenges or questions. Whereas if you do the courses on your own, you are on your own, which can take a lot longer if you lose momentum. With the 6-month time frame, you are more likely to finish the courses within the time frame compared to being self-paced since there is that time pressure.
The Certification Program allows you to systematically finish out the courses with milestone checks to review your work and get feedback on them.
For example, with Stage 2 work, you will do a test project to gain experience and start building your portfolio before you start marketing. In Stage 1, you get a marketing system review, so you can get feedback before you start marketing. Whereas if you do the courses on your own, you are on your own. There is very limited feedback, only in the Comment section in the private classrooms.
To get your Level 1 Certification, you need to complete the $10k challenge, meaning you have to get and finish $10k worth of paid staging work. We designed the program this way so you will start working. Most people finish a 3-day training course and feel stuck with getting work afterward, or they feel confused and scared to start working. They may not work for months after completing their certification. This way, with the $10k challenge, you have feedback and support any time you need it.
