What if you know not only all the key design and staging principles, but you can make them your own? So that your staging has personality and attracts buyers for your staging clients on autopilot?
Staging is no longer an in-person thing.
After COVID, the way buyers buy homes have changed. Now, the listing photos online are essentially the first showing.
Do you know how to stage homes that will look great both online and in-person? This is exactly what we teach in Cash in the Cushions interior styling & staging course!
Unlike traditional staging skills or art theory courses, we also look at interiors from a photographer’s perspective.
As stagers, it is critical in today’s marketplace to understand how your work will be photographed and shown. This way, we can help our staging clients nailing that first showing online!
How powerful would that be and how would that change your home staging business?
How great will it feel to do your first staging and feeling like you’ve nailed it?! Instead of worrying about realtors being super critical and feeling like your staging turned out to be a train wreck or just so-so.
"Cindy, you are so down to earth, personable and hands on with your course. The group you set up for us created skill, confidence and friendships. It is an invaluable resource. YOU are there to help.
It was shocking, really. I didn't expect to get you. I expected an assistant. Your style of teaching so much better than anonymously taking a course that was sent out to do it all on our own. Your experience as a stager and stylist is so inspirational and helpful....
... I feel really confident that I can pull a room together and get it right for the camera. The modules were bingable and easy to follow and full of great advice and design principles.
One thing I found extremely helpful was to be able to be critiqued and to give critique. Being put on the spot to critique others’ work really makes you think about what works, what does not and why. It has definitely made me better and trained my eye."
