We will share marketing tips as well as how to price your jobs accordingly, so you can stay small and boutique but still be profitable. We will share how to successfully contract with outside movers and grow that relationship into a partnership. We will also talk about how to create a unique aesthetic that will set you apart from your competition.

Kristen and Amy are Co-Founders of Salt + Pine, a boutique staging company located in Rhode Island. They are certified professional home stagers through Home Staging Resource and both hold the RESA PRO designation.
Kristen is a lead designer as well as chief financial officer. She runs the company’s LTK page as well as sharing in all social media marketing, sourcing inventory and day-to-day operations of the business.
Amy is a lead designer as well as runs the website and email marketing. She shares in all social media marketing, sourcing inventory and day-to-day operations of the business. Amy earned the RESA Approved Instructor Designation in 2023 and she is the only approved instructor in the state of Rhode Island.
Salt + Pine was established in 2019 and is an award-winning staging company. In 2022 Salt + Pine was awarded Top Ten Vacant Staging Team of the Year North America and Amy was awarded Professional Stager of the Year Occupied Staging United States. In 2023 both Kristen and Amy were named in the 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. Salt + Pine was also awarded the Top Vacant Staging in the United States.
Salt + Pine has been featured in publications such as Apartment Therapy, the Bay, and Architectural Digest.
